Calibration Management Database Software
Through our calibration procedures CML also uses Beamex CMX calibration software which will create a database to keep track of all our customers instruments. This software will help manage and store data and reports, as well as plan and schedule upcoming calibrations. Through the use of this software we can analyze and optimize calibration intervals based on the customer’s needs. Once the calibrations are completed we can produce certificates with calibration reports in either paper or electronic format.
The CMX Database Software automates calibration management procedures in various ways, including:
- Plan calibration procedures and strategies.
- Manage all calibration assets.
- Maintain position, device and calibrator databases.
- Automate alerts for scheduled calibrations.
- Produce reports automatically.
- All calibration data is stored in the database and can be signed electronically.
- Create calibration certificates, reports and labels in electronic format, or for print.
- Improve compliance with quality and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 17025, FDA, GMP/GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Analyze to determine the optimal calibration interval with the history trend function.
- All calibration records are safely stored and easily accessible for audits.
